When an artist finishes a piece of work, they always sign it. Their signature is a unique and timeless way of identifying who created the work so that it’s never mistaken for anyone else’s work, as well as protecting it from theft.

Artists have been doing this since the beginning of time. It’s a tried, tested and true identifier. Now, we’re transitioning this practice into the modern age, so that you can mark every photo you take as your very own, just like artists always have and always will.

A signature Photologo is a sleek, elegant, and timeless way of marking your work.

Do you want to avoid subjecting yourself to ugly logos or having your photography stolen?

The Story Behind PHOTOLOGO (Interview with CEO: Jacob Terrence)

It was one amazing week away in New Zealand when I caught up with three world class photographers who (knowing my background in Graphic Design) came to me and said "I don't watermark my images because every logo that has been made for me doesn't suit perfectly well on every single photo of mine, but my photos are getting stolen."

This got me thinking. Being a photographer myself too, we take our photos seriously, and we certainly won't tolerate anything that interferes with our creative juices.
So I got sketching, 1 month later, 2 months later, 3 months later.

I soon came to realize most photographers do not have a logo and if they do, it's always looked unnatural. I see the logo as an 'imprint', it's a piece of you, on a piece of your art.

The only way to do this, was to come up with one of the most beautiful, elegant and natural looking signature logos that works seamlessly on every single photo and is uniquely yours.
